Ms Sujata Kini has a Bachelors in Microbiology from the University of Mumbai, a Masters in Biotechnology, a Diploma in Medical Lab Technology and a Degree in Law .She has topped it with a Bachelor’s Degree in Education with English and Science. As a volunteer in US schools, she has worked on projects, class activities, excursions. She has coordinated quite a few events. She has worked in the English Schools Foundation Schools in Hong Kong. She has been a Math and Reading tutor at Kumon, a Japanese system of education. She has spent quite a few years studying, exploring various parts of the US, India.
Extremely passionate about travelling, she firmly believes that travel stretches the mind, giving you an intense and much deeper insight into life. Learning never ends - the quest for knowledge is an endless journey. The more you know, the more you realise you know nothing at all! Music, Health, Fitness, Reading are some of her all time favourites! Ma’am began her journey in TGES 15 years ago from the Wadi School. She is currently the facilitator for English in the Senior Section in S.N.Kansagra School.
Mr. Abhijit Jadeja, an alumnus of RKC, has over 3 decades of Corporate experience in the field of IT, Customer-Service, Quality, Audits, Training & Development of resources on soft skills, etc. His diverse exposure spans several industries namely, Banking, Manufacturing, Food & Beverage, Factory Automation & Robotics, MEP, an NGO, Semiconductor industry, etc apart from the core IT Enabled Services where he spent the bulk of his professional journey as an Electronics Engineer.
From a diversity perspective, he has lived and worked in 5 countries apart from visiting several others. On the Technical front, he was certified as an MCSE, CNE, CCA, ASE, 6 Sigma, ITIL, etc. While he was certified as a PMP (US) in 2006, he has been handling Program Management at the Global level since 2003. His experience on the Quality front includes Kaizen, JIT, ZII, TPM, TQM, SMED, QFD, Poka Yoke, Lean, ISO 9K/20K, etc.
He also happens to be a Life & Wellness-Coach, a Yoga enthusiast for over 3 decades & a seasoned Marital Counselor to foster overall productivity of the young workforce. His other passions include, but are not limited to, English literature, Chess, comparative study of glad-tidings, etc.
Apart from the leadership of NIOS, his other roles, pan TGES, include Yoga, Emotional/Marital Counselling and help in orchestrating Systems & Processes to begin with.
Jayson Ganatra is a systems thinker, generalist and founder at Sattardas Maker-space. The maker-space, being free for anyone to use, is aimed to serve as a focal point of HardTech innovators and inventors of Rajkot city. Apart from his venture, he also helped organize Jagriti Yatra 2017 and was selected for MIT Global Entrepreneurship Bootcamp 2016.
​Currently he volunteers with Techstars Startup Weekend as a Global Facilitator. His interest lies in hardware startup ecosystem. He loves experimenting with new technologies to create new outcomes. Purely pragmatic and radical in approach, he firmly believes that everyone must give back to the community which is helping them grow!

​Dhrumil is also the co-founder of iBrainz which is an education-based startup and focuses on making learning easier with the help of technology. Dhrumil is also the Founder of MozKart which is the first and the only e-commerce platform in entire Mozambique. Dhrumil is also a professional Billiards player and has been given a title of champion in a couple of Billiards Tournaments.
